Paul Cunningham,
Founder and CEO
Paul is responsible for overall
management of Azuro. He is a member of the Board of Directors and is a
founder of the company. Prior to co-founding Azuro, Paul was at Sun
Microsystems where his experience included high-performance
asynchronous pipeline design and EDA tool development. Paul holds an MA
and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, UK.

Steev Wilcox,
Founder and Chief
Architect
Steev is responsible for all aspects
of algorithm design at Azuro, and is the architect of Azuro's
technology. He is a member of the Board of Directors and a founder of
the company. Prior to co-founding Azuro, Steev spent three years with
PA Consulting Group in their Wireless Technology Practice, where his
experience included 2G base station power control algorithms, 2.5G base
station transmit ASIC prototyping, and 3G mobile embedded systems.
Prior to PA Consulting, Steev was a member of the Asynchronous Logic
Research Group at Cambridge Computer Laboratory. Steev holds an MA in
Mathematics and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of
Cambridge, UK.

Mark Bagby
Chief Financial
Officer
Mark is responsible for financial
operations and corporate infrastructure at Azuro, as well as human
resources and legal council. Prior to joining Azuro, Mark held numerous
CFO positions with various software, ecommerce, and security companies.
Mark has also worked for various Electronic Design Automation
companies, including Sapphire Design, Simplex Solutions, Synopsys and
Cadence Design Systems. With over 20 years of financial experience,
Mark has coordinated over $120 million in venture capital/corporate
capital financings. Mark holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, an
MA in Economics from Tulane University, an MCS from NC Berkeley, and a
BS in Economics & Business from Westmont College.

Barb Acosta
Vice President of
Sales and Business Development
Barb is responsible for worldwide
sales for Azuro, as well as partnerships, strategic relationships, and
new business opportunities. Prior to joining Azuro, Barb was the Vice
President of Business Development and General Manager for high-level
synthesis and RTL-level retiming at Get2Chip, which was acquired by
Cadence Design Systems. Prior to Get2Chip, Barb held various executive
management positions at high technology companies including Cadence
Design Systems and Synopsys. Barb has over ten years experience in
Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry. Barb holds a Ph.D. from
the University of California and Stanford, and an MA and BA from the
University of California.

Peter Knoop
Vice President of
Engineering
Peter is responsible for all aspects
of product development at Azuro, including core engineering, quality
assurance, technical publications, and product releases. Peter has
extensive experience in all areas of software development, including
project management, quality assurance, and business analysis. Most
recently, Peter was Vice President of Product Development and Product
Management for Geneva Technology, which was acquired by Convergys in
2001. Prior to Geneva, Peter was the Business Director at Alphametrics
where he was responsible for all aspects of software development. Peter
started his career as a software engineer at Torus Systems. Peter holds
a MA in Physics from University of Cambridge, UK.

Hazem Almusa
Vice President of
Applications
Hazem is responsible for worldwide
field applications and customer technical support at Azuro. Hazem joins
Azuro with over 15 years of technology and field management experience
in the EDA industry. Before joining Azuro, he served as vice president
of worldwide field applications at Tera Systems and Sequence Design.
Hazem was previously with Synopsys where he held management positions
in the field and professional services groups. Prior to Synopsys, Hazem
was at Amdahl Corporation as a project lead for the front-end design
automation group. Hazem holds a B.S/M.S. in computer engineering from
Case Western Reserve University.
